Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact our Client Services team to arrange your exchange before returning your item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, and earrings. Sale items are final sale.

How to Return

1. Email us at xo@girlytea.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.
