At Girly Tea, your satisfaction is everything. If something isn't right, we've got you.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale — no exceptions, babe.

How to Return Email us at hello@girlytea.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process like the queens we are.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the correct size or style.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@girlytea.com with photos. We'll make it right immediately.
